Oh my....my scales do that too. They say 3 pounds after I step off of them sometimes. I normally chalk my weight up to 3 pounds less & go eat a doughnut. HA! Seriously.......probably not the popular answer but....have you tried a cleanse?

Ok ok.......I know that I'm going to get blasted on this but...............When I find myself gaining weight, the first thing that I do is change up how I dress. I'll immediately retire the cute jeans and opt for that sweater that is just a little more loose-fitting and those pants that were a bit baggy a couple of months…

Congratulations on starting your journey! The only thing that will work is consistency. You can’t look at good healthy choices as being on a “diet”. Furthermore, this so called “diet” should not be viewed as “punishment” for being (Oh, I’m going to say it……….…..here comes the politically incorrect word)………….……. “fat”.…
