I'm losing some weight, I've dropped about 4pds (I also go to the gym in the morning)... My problem is, I can't do a push up to save my life :( Any suggestions? Also, I'm thinking about doing the fit test tonight so i can post my numbers.

Hi all! I do insanity late at night after my crazy work days, so I totally didn't write my fit test numbers.... Should I do the fit test over? lol I'm proud of everyone, does everyone else feel stronger and have more energy throughout the day because of the workout?

Yeah good idea. I'll have maybe 3 shots and nurse a diet coke. A shot is around 56 calories (vodka). So I can do 3 shots with a diet coke and throw in a beer. That sounds like a night to me!

Sometimes it is like that, you work out a lot and diet well and you still don't see the results you want. I remember when I got down close to my goal weight and I only had 30pds to go, it was the hardest thing ever. I find the less you have to lose the harder it is to get that off. I'm super excited! I've had Insanity now for 6 months, and I've only done the fit test and maybe one other dvd from the pack. I'm carving out 9pm everynight from my schedule to do it!

This sounds like fun! I've been wanting to complete the Insanity DVDs for forever. I'm not fully sure how this works, but 214pds and Life Guard.
