I had a registered dietician tell me BMI is BS! They are just numbers and I don't place any importance on them anymore. What's important is how you feel about your body...how your health is...and if you are happy. If you eat right (and in moderation), and move your body, the rest will come.

It's just frozen fruit. What you get is something that has the consistency of soft-serve ice cream, without the dairy or sugar added to it. I love it!

I do the same thing! Normally I don't feel good unless I have at least 900 calories left. I do that because my husband makes dinner, and I love his cooking and want to be able to eat! Also, I like to have a glass of wine or a beer with dinner and not worry about busting my calories.
