  • QOTD Sunday October 2 - Although they are ALL important and memorable, what is the MOST memorable NSV since you have started your weight loss journey? For me, it was several months ago when my size 16's were sooo tight that I had to lay down on the bed to button them up. Well, I remember when I got to the point when I…
  • QOTD Saturday October 1- Today marks the end of week 1. How has being in the star challenge affected your journey this week? It has helped hold me accountable and I have made much better choices!! :D
  • QOTD - Thursday, September 29: What is one of your favourite recipes? This is one of my favorite snack recipes! • 09/28-2011 QOTD, Wednesday: Have you resolved any emotional issues connected to your weight? And What's the biggest one you have over come, if any? • MONDAY 9/26/11 : Since we are all at different points in this weight loss process, what has helped you to be the most successful in weight loss, exercise, or staying within your calories so far? • QOTD- Saturday (9/24): What made you decide that now was the time to start your weight loss journey?” I decided that now was the time for my weight loss journey because I'm tired of feeling unattractive, fat and tired all the time. • I've been wondering that question too. I think depending on your weight and how much intensity you put into it, it's very possible. I do Turbo Jam as well and it says that I burn around 570 for 40 minutes. I guess the only way to really know is to have a heart rate moniter to tell you the exact calories burned. I don't…
  • I also feel self conscious working out with others, even my husband. I don't know why, I just feel weird, lol. So I much prefer to just workout by myself at home, then come on here and get the support and motivation I need from friends here :)
  • I think it's totally okay for overweight people to do as long as you listen to your body. Modify the moves that are too tough and work your way up to doing them. And just stop and rest when you need to, it's ok :) Even the fittest people get quite winded and may need to rest. If you're up for the challenge, I say go for it!
