To clarify, I thought the number of calories that MFP sets already includes the negative 500 deduction. If not there is no way I would survive on 700 calories a day.

Ok, so I have taken Super HD now for 5 days. I feel like crap!!! Since day 2 I have been getting headaches, on day 3 I worked out and became so over heated that I almost threw up. I asked two personal trainers about thermogenic supplements and both had the same thing to say. Stay away!

She lost 7 pounds in roughly a week. I know that is a lot but she weighs about 210 so that is not too fast. I will let you guys know how they work next week. I hope I have similar results :)

Thanks everyone! Have you noticed any improvement with your physical appearance since you started eating clean? I understand completely about the fast food. I eat clean about 25% of the time, and still fast food makes me feel like crap.

I have been exercising 3x a week for 6 months. I eat pretty healthy and stay within my calorie budget on most days also. While I am losing inches the scale hasn't changed. I know your frustration. Hi Weight_less I have the same problem, I lost 10 pounds fairly easily now I have plateued for roughly 8 months. I workout 3x a week and eat aroun 1300-1500 and can't seem to lose any weight. It is very frustrating.
