Week 3
I am a day behind, I completed week 2 day 3 today. I will be starting on week 3 day 1 on Wed. How is everyone else? Starting week 3?

Week 2
So completed week 1, to be honest it was not as hard as I had thought. However, I started week 2 today. It was more challenging. Granted it was only 30 seconds longer, but I increased my speed. Last week: walking 2.5-3.0, jogging 4.0. This week walking 2.9-3.0 jogging, 5.1-5.3.

Thoughts on Tabata
I have tried HIIT workouts in the past and was not a big fan, they seemed to take too long to complete, 30-40 minutes. Recently I did some research on Tabata workouts. 4 minutes of max intensity intervals. (20 seconds of training, 10 second recovery). Has anyone ever tried them? Did you see results?
