Clean Eating

I have been hearing a lot about clean eating lately. I have tried it off and on, but can't say I have really given it a fair shot. Has anyone tried it? Results? Thoughts?

    I eat pretty clean about 80 percent of the time I have my oatmeal with a apple and greek yourgurt for breakfeast. At lunch I usually have a bananna and apple dipped in greek yourgurt. Dinner time varies tonight Im having fish last night I had some Ground round on the grill. 2 nights ago I had a big bowl of ice cream (oops thats not eating clean). The fast food and processed foods that I used to eat all the time, honestly just grosses me out when I do indulge in them after I eat I feel like crap. I still enjoy cookies cake and icecream just not every day and try to keep it in moderation.

    I had two Krystal burgers and a small fry yesterday. This was the first time in more than two months I did not take a healthy choice at a Fast food restaurant. Let's just say a stomach-ache and two very loose bowel movements later I was unhappy with my choice. I would've chose a salad or something good for me if I hadnt been on a time crunch and driving. With that being said my diet the rest of the time is fairly clean.

    I eat fairly clean 85% of the time...better some weeks than others. I also have issues if I eat fast foods because of the high fat content. I feel a whole lot better eating this way, too...not sluggish or drained like I did before.

    Thanks everyone! Have you noticed any improvement with your physical appearance since you started eating clean? I understand completely about the fast food. I eat clean about 25% of the time, and still fast food makes me feel like crap.
