All I know for sure about sleep and weight loss is that sleep deprivation (read: having an infant) is bad for keeping a healthy weight. It makes you want to eat carbs and drink coffee all day long. Next time around I'd like to find a way to cope better with the lack of sleep.

Does anyone else get super hungry after a swim? I heard the cold water stimulates appetitie. Maybe a protein bar afterwards would be a good idea. Just want to keep within my cal goal.

I am in. 2 pounds a week until I'm 180lbs - currently 197. 1800 cal a day. Lots of gym - running, biking, swimming, eliptical. As much walking as I can get in too.
