Followed along last month and love the supportiveness here! I’m just taking it a few days at a time Easter - didn’t finish the wine bottle 🤪 Monday - AF Today I also plan to be AF 🤞🏻

Hi all - new to this thread and I'm here because I know 100% my drinking is the cause for my stalls and weight gain. Right now I'm focusing on increasing my number of AF days every week. This past week had 1, but less drinking the rest of the week. Concentrating on tea and other options for relaxing :) looking forward to…

Ha! I didn't worry about the pulled over thing until I showed my pocket scale off at work (I am also extra ;) ). I bought this one. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M2CT9QK/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I don't use it at restaurants, but I do use it for other things when traveling, or for snacking on the…

35 and looking for some active friends!
-
Hi! I’m 35 with a 2year old still trying to lose the last 15 from pregnancy, then another 20 to get to my goal. Hoping to be there by this time next year

I also have this problem. What I have found to work is allow 1 time, and only 1 time I might be a little less strict. However, I still track it all. Keeps the entire weekend from being a free for all, but also allows for maybe 1 dinner out or a few glasses of wine. I track it to make sure I earned it throughout the week…

5'3.5" 190 here - losing the weight again after having my last baby. I'm always down for new friends! I'm curious about what everyone's calorie goal is - I'm working out around 240 min a week so I'm eating around 1650 cals day. But looking at everyone else I'm wondering if it's too much.

I stand corrected. This didn't work last week with the miscalculation issues, but fixed the non syncing issue. I'm just glad it's working now.
-
Unfortunately this doesn't work for all users. Specifically, I log nonstep exercising in Fitbit, and because it's not based on steps, this method doesn't work for me

I would love an add! Lost 70 after my first (not to goal though) and have lost 20 out of 45 gained with my youngest who is 5 weeks. This time I've only got 25 left to lose then 30 to goal! So ready to do this, but nervous I won't be able to lose anything will breastfeeding like I did with my first.

Wow....weighing the serving if PB shows it to be much smaller than most TBS you think of. I easily put 3 or 4 tbs on my sandwiches before I learned to weigh my PB. I come from a family of obese people, as does my husband. Although he is lean, I have struggled with my weight for over a decade. Now that I have my son (2),…

How often to weigh in is personal preference. I like to weigh in one day every week, Mondays. Everyday would make me too neurotic and a month would cause me to lose focus. It's totally up to you.

I wear an activity monitor, but of course it's calibrated for my height and weight (172, 63.5 in). Strength days with a cool down and warm up its about 95 cal, and Cardio days with cool down and warm up its about 115.

Any kind of fluctuation in that time frame is almost always going to be water weight. Two to three weeks with out a loss, that's an indication there needs to be a modification, most likely to your calorie intake.

I used to drink 250 calories a morning in French Vanilla Creamer. Then I gradually started a change to let my taste buds adjust. First half FV creamer/half and half - then half/half with sugar - then half/half with milk. Soon i hope to cut down the half/half too. I have def. cut 100+ calories off my coffee and now I don't…

I will drink a few ounces of water, chew a piece of gum - check back in after 20-30 minutes and see if I still feel rumbly.

I would love new friends! I am between 5/3 and 5/4, currently 174 but hope to be in the 160s soon with a goal in the 140s!

Mine was working until this morning - anyone else?

Mine worked for a couple of days - but is back to the whole disconnect/reconnect thing...

I find that I have to get it done in the a.m. before anyone else is up. So my alarm goes off at 4:30 a.m. I did not used to be a morning person, but after a few months of it, I was used to it. That way I get in my "me" time before I have to be mommy and wife. That is just the easiest way so that when I get home from work,…

I totally agree with you PikaKnight. Which really ticks me off because I had just purchased a new one in July when they ran a huge promotion (Probably to clear out stock). I just returned it and am using an older model until I decide what to do. At first I was thinking the Jawbone Up3, but these questionable tactics have…

Has anyone heard anything else on this?
-
Just remember, that until it's fixed :s , you have to do it every time you want them to sync...
-
no, completing has nothing to do with it http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1755914--bodymedia-not-syncing-11-3-14- A temporary fix is to unlink and then link it again every time you want it to sync
-
There have been syncing issues all month. Last everyone heard they are "working on it"

I have a bodymedia Fit which I have used for years and love it. Also looking at moving to a jawbone up. In comparing with TDEE calculators, it seems to be fairly accurate.

I believe the rule is 500 calories above your maintenance calories for breastfeeding. MFP makes that easy because you can add it as a food option that actually adds to your calories. I would stick with that until your supply is back up. Once your supply is up, then you can gradually add in workouts and see what it does. If…
