Well done everyone, great work. Stayed the same AGAIN this week, really need to start moving things along, must get more strict with myself & crank up the exercise again. Need to start loosing again!

My first official club race tomorrow (Sat 17th Nov) 5K. Would like to run under 30 min, but think I might be a bit optimistic there!

Hi Sarah, Friend request sent Lorraine :)
-
Yeah, managed to run last night - first time in 3 weeks! 4 miles. Didn't hit my 50 due to injury/recovery, but hoping to rock it in November!
-
Yes please, hopefully now the hip is working again we'll hit target in November! 50 miles for me thank you :)
-
Said yes on spreadsheet, & will say yes here too. lol

Looked & thought this sounds amazing, then wondered if you can get PB2 in the UK? Checked & looks like it's available on Amazon - think this may have to be tried for sure!

My 1st 5k at Eastbourne Park run 15th September. Going from not able to run for 30 secs end July to completing my first 5k on 15th September in 35:13 was this years major achievement for me. I expect my first 10k on 2nd December will probably be just as exciting too. Next year I'll be trying some half marathons!

Congratulations everyone, great job. I stayed the same this week (currently resting an injury so no/limited exercise) but hope to shift the 0.6 lbs to reach 9stone goal (126lbs). If I can get below & be 8st something, that would be even better!

Still no running for me due to the ongoing hip issue, hope to be back on gentle running by the beginning of November! Have a 5k 17th November & 10k 2nd Dec so need to get back soon!

Our Sainsbury's has some, but then we have grown our own & have about 5 in the kitchen waiting to be dealt with lol. Although they are only small ones, but will make great soup which we can pop in the freezer for another day :)

No running this week due to hip issue - well since last Wednesday's run! :( Unlikely to hit my target of 50 this month, but will still keep it up when back on the road next week & if I don't get there, I'll just have to try next month :)

This may sound daft, but i count, breathe in for 4 steps, out for 3, if I'm doing a hill & struggling a bit, then it drops to 3 in, 2 out, & really pushing it 2 in 1 out, but that's only when I'm doing some interval stuff between jogging/sprinting. It's the only way I find I can keep my breathing under control. I'm…

I would say have an extra couple of days rest from running, but keep active with some walking to keep everything moving, but at a gentle pace. Those flu jabs can upset things a bit, had one a few weeks ago, felt like I had a dead arm for about 3 days!

Well done to all who lost, hopefully I will be on the loosing team this week! I was ok on calories & plenty of exercise, but still put on 1.2lbs, oh well, hopefully as I'm near the end of loosing, that's muscle - seeing as the inches stayed the same & body fat % dropped! Maybe some of the extra fat will shift this week &…

A big hello & welcome from down on the South Coast. My hubby lost 84lbs (38kg) logging with MFP, it is totally possible, although there are occassions where we all have to dig deep! Plenty of support & freinds around here to help :)
