I always feel disappointed in myself. I feel like all the hard work was for nothing and that I was weak...again. I feel like the next time I work out after a binge that I have to double time it. Or that maybe I shouldn't eat but a couple hundred calories the next day. It sucks.

I have seen it on this thread, but I agree, my favorite bars are the Pure Protein Bars. I particularly love the chocolate peanut butter ones. I bring different things, sometimes a protein bar and fruit. today I brought a small banana for a morning snack then a serving a salad in a bowl with a lid and i keep my salad dressing her at work (I'm not sure if you have that option) and i just bring a couple slices of turkey or chicken breast and cut it up on my break…

I think that if the shoes were without the glitter then it would be only okay. The type of shoe and color are cute, but the style is a bit flashy for a professional environment. The dress is very cute and very appropriate!
