I also weigh in Sunday morning which is also my cheat day to eat whatever I want :tongue: . Maybe you aren't eating enough calories. I have done that before. You think you are doing good and then you don't lose any. Try to eat a little more for your workout calories too. :drinker:

I have seen that ad as well. There are a few different ones actually. Like the above poster said Check the fine print! They charge something like $80.00 after the free trial! Go on Ebay you can get Acai products on there for a good price. :happy:

How many of you have had success with eating your exercise calories and how many have had success not eating your exercise calories? Is there going to be a bigger change in weight loss with eating the calories or not eating them? Just wondering! Thanks All! :drinker:

I like the fact that 80's styles are coming back in! It is so much easier to get clothes for my daughter because I know how to put them together! LOL I am so old! :laugh:

Try to eat a bigger meal in the morning so that you won't be starving later in the day. Drink a full glass of water 10-15 minutes before you are going to eat. Use a knife to cut your food up and after you take a bite set your fork down as you chew ,same if you are eating something you are holding (ie sandwich, burger) set…

Hi! My calories are 1680 but I always try to stay between 1200 and 1400 so you can do that and then if you do go over one day no big deal! Thats how I do it anyways! Good Luck!:happy:

I get the vegetarian burrito and then I eat about a third of it. Remember to drink water too that will help calorie wise also.

I am so with you! I almost had a binge session tonight but then I called my Mom who is my weight loss partner and she talked me out of it. Thank goodness!
