That is a minor stall. Maybe look at when you are taking in your calories. Heavier in the morning and then taper them off throughout the day. You dont need 1000+ calories at the end of the day to sit there when you go to bed. My Dr has said to me eat like a Queen/King in the morning, Princess/Prince at Lunch and then a…

I inherited that same trait from my father! I am the only girl in my Body Combat classes with a towel, sweat rolling down my red face. All I care about now is that I am working hard, getting rid of the fat in my body when I sweat and feel great after a workout knowing I worked really hard. Be proud of all that sweat!

It is not easy and if has to be for you and not for anyone else. I log in every day and log all my food and exercise. I am not perfect by any means but I try to be the best I can be.

Go and talk to your Dr and find out from him/her what you should be consuming in calories a day.

That is what my Dr said as well. As long as I was nourishing my body and not starving yourself then I should not eat back my exercise calories. Obviously listen to your body. Some days you will be hungrier than others.

I do this at the local YMCA and LOVE it! I have definition in my arms now and my legs are starting to look great which I have always struggled with. I do this class 3 times a week. Highly recommend it!
