Wow! That's crazy. If I drank that much water I would spend the whole day at the bathroom.. It's impossible..

I get that but I'm not hungry for the remaining calories. OH, I only measure 5 feet, so I'm petite and wanted to loose the extra pounds (inches to flab). :smile:

I weight train three times a week 45 minutes, cardio 5 times. I drink water maybe not the complete 8 glasses. Nope I'm not eating my exercice calories, I limit myself to 1200 max... 7 pounds of muscle.

Hi, I work out 5 times a week for a minimum 1 hour each time. I eat clean and lean, occassional cheat. I was 113 when I started and now, I'm 120.. Something is wrong?? Any ideas.. Thanks.. :explode:
