thanks, i did it! maybe not the best choice for protien but I usually do not have salami. Not to many choices in the house. I think that I need to find some other sources of protien. It was an easy snack to pack while we were out today. Denise

DId only 3 miles today! not too much..I will try and work harder tomorrow! Total to date is 63 miles Remaining miles is 37. I can do this!

ok I got this one...I put everything in the dishwasher and will set the timer for 3 minutes to take my shower..I do not usually use a timer but will today! Thanks for this wonderful challenges =) Denise
