I did really good and tried to stay away from refined sugars..I only ate 4 animal crackers and then stopped. I had a moment of forgetfullness. I stopped eatting them as soon as I remembered. thanks for this awesome challenge, Denise

I surely did not make it to 220 grams of protien. I had 64 grams of protien. I really liked this challenge thanks, denise

I did this challenge for the most part. I just have to get it in to my head that there is not meat on Mondays. I made my kids pasta and meat. I took a bite and then remembbered that it was or is meatless Monday. I want to do this again next week. thanks for this wonderful challenge. Denise

I want to say thanks for this challenge. It really was a nice thing for all invloved. I had a warm fuzzy feeling all day today. It even brought tears to my eyes. I had to let my family know how much I love them and appreciate them. I look forward to another challenge. Denise

thanks I did some more walking to day. Not really sure if it was 5 mins, but I did 10000 steps. Which is better then most days which is about 6 or 7000 steps a day. densie
