I finished Day 1 and it was a killer. I have no upper body strength..I am sure I will feel this in the am! The jumping rope was a piece of cake...it was those other things that got me! Denise

Did it! Except for the last of the Jumping jacks..did something to my knee and does not feel good when I try and do those. Otherwise it was an amazing week! Thanks, Denise Kelsey AMAZING LOSS!
