week 1 goal 4200 calories monday 09/26/11 burned 898 calories doing a multitude of things: cleaning 25 mins., frisbee 20 mins, wii fit free step 10 mins, jogging 1 mile for 12 mins, wii fit rythm boxing 24mins, and aerobics high intesity 28 mins. calories burned 898 calories remaining: 3302

not so good today ... have to try harder tommorow 1 mile jog only 24 more miles to go!
