Hi there my name is Denise. i am 40 hrs old and started with MFP in sept. Of this year. I am very motivated to lose weight and feel better About myself. It is one day at a time. so I wanted to do 62 miles before the month is up..can I do it? I don't know but I am going to try. The DVD I have of Lesile's is the Walk Slim 5 really big miles. I did 8 yesterday on the 19th Today I did 10. total of 18 miles with 44 miles remailing..I think that is right Denise

So yesterday I was up to 88 miles..today I walked 10 so up to 98 miles only 2 miles left. However, someone challenged me to do 150 miles before the month was up so I am on that journey as well! Denise

thanks for the challenge..I think this will be really easy as yesterday I walked 8 miles so maybe I will do some more walking or pull something off of you tube for cardio and a little change. thanks, Denise

last time I posted I had walked 75 miles and today I did 5 so a total of 80 miles. denise

ok so i did 9 miles today. I know that I will be in the car for most of the day tomorrow so do not think I will have any time to walk. My total is 75 miles with 75 miles to go! Denise

I ate pretzels today..that was my downfall. I am going to try to cut out processed food after the new year =) Denise

As of yesterday I had walked 66 miles today I was energized! I walked 9 miles. So, my total is 75 miles only 25 miles left! I will have this done before the end of the month not a problem=) Denise

I am ready! R u saying that we can only work out 4 times a week for1 hour at a time. I have OCD and often work out 6 to 7 times a week. I would have a really hard time only working out 4 times a week. I am so looking forward to this challenge! thank you for all ur work, denise
