Cool! I work for a check collection service in Data Entry Been there 10 years. Likes: The Job itself is easy...Supervise! Go figure! DisLikes: Ummmm my whold department is women! There is only one guy. The Drama is a bit much. I lay low though..I manage.

Weekends are only a test of your will. Show the "weekend" where it can go! Oh..and I wanted to add that I try to drink 2 cups of water before each meal of the day. Helps me eat less and feel full. I do this so that i can at least get 6 cups of water on Satruday and Sunday because it is hard for me as well. Good Luck guys!

Bananas? If you seperate them from the bundle when you bring them home they tend to last longer. Sausage...When i bring it home I seperate what I'm going to use and freeze the rest. You're gonna have to do what works for you. I don't eat mine back and I've lost 20lbs in 5 weeks. I would try it both ways for a couple of weeks and see what happens, that way you will know. Because what works for someone else may not work for you. Good Luck!

I agree...you're gonna have to eat more. I have 1600 as well..but I average around 1200 and I've lost 20 lbs in 5 weeks. You can do it!

You're gonna have to learn what works for you. I'm alloted 1600 calories..but average maybe 1200. But I started 5 weeks ago and I've lost 20lbs. So, do a trial run and see what happens. Remember....you have to eat!

The stuff you read in the books (i believe) are quite misleading. I don't think every 5'2" person is healty and looks their best at 125lbs. I set my goal to where I look and feel my best. Eat more protien...eggs for example make you feel full longer. Find veggies that you like and keep them handy for quick snacks if you have the urge...Just Say No! Carbs are like crack! Good Luck! Yeah...and it's cheaper to buy family packs of meat and split them up in freezer bags to save room and not cook so much if you tire of foods quickly. I bag my chicken breast 2 to a bag..easier to defrost..

Stock up on good snacks. Fresh fruits and Veggies. If you know you're gonna cheat...at least you can cheat with good snacks. It's hard for me too. But, It will get easier the longer you do it. Try to get yourself on a schedule of eating and that should help too. good luck!

I have about 90lbs that I would like to lose. But, I was once told that I should break it up into like 30 at a time so as to have a reachable goal to celebrate along the way. So, perhaps that would help you guys, because when we look at the big number it's so discouraging you know. Good Luck Guys!
