breakfast quiche...like an omlett on the go. I make them in a muffin pan on Sunday night, bag them up two at a time and pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds on the way out the door. Works great for me.

I don't drink it but I would.

Sounds good...and I agree with you. Just can't afford it. It's easier and quicker sometimes to buy that pasta sauce in the jar. I just adjust my water intake for the days I eat more salt than I would like. I don't go over 2,500 in a day but it is a task. Good luck with that.

For the record...i don't eat my workout calories back. But, some people do. You're gonna have to figure out what works for your body. Good Luck!

Trust me you are not the only one living in fear. Or living inside a prision as I like to call it. I weighed in at 297 on 8-16-11...about 2 and a half months ago. I'm now at 268 and dropping... and I only stand 5'3...So, If I can do it..so can you . We may not take the same path but we can and will end up at the same…

Yay you for getting back on the horse. Good Luck to you as well!

Well let's get back on track! There's plenty you can do without putting stress on that ankle. 95% of what you will do is mental. So, let's get back on that horse and remember how good you felt when you were doing "right". Good Luck!

Wow! I'm sure some of those are well over 225 cals...ummm I'd say a hell of a lot!

Basically...it makes you retain water. That's a bad thing in a nut shell...along with other health factors...like high blood pressure...

Sure it's possible...you have to be ready for the challenge though. I've lost 25lbs in 7 weeks so I'd say you can lose 35 by FEB...I cut out carbs though...not all of them but the "white" carbs had to go. A lot of fresh fruit and veggies are great. and the less your food is processed the better. Good Luck! I must rock…

I bought mine off Craigslist...it was from a gym that went out of business so I was lucky..only paid $250 for it and it's fancy. So, I'd research what I found on there...they are so very expensive. good luck!

Gotta cut the cord! Some folks will bring you down no matter what you do or say. Sometimes it's best to think of what makes you happy and if they are not in the picture and you are happy...then there you go..you do the math. this includes family memebers as well. You have to take them in small doses. I've learned that you…

Nope! I say go for it...I lost these 25lbs in less than 2 months. I feel great, I look better and I'm trying to lose 25 more before Christmas. Your reward sounds so much sweeter than mine but at the end of the day the reward is won by the change in our health. Hope you win the challenge.

Weekly it's different...Not to eat carbs for a week..And by carbs I mean the "white ones"...done Workout 5 days this week....done Eat more "fresh" vegetables one week...done It all seems to be working..but I've broken up my weight loss in quarters of 25lbs for my bigger goals. What are some of yours? Just curious now since…

OOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?? You know the rest...found myself singing this coming in to work today...had to laugh at that one!

None for me...it's just another day for me...

Hey Emma! First let me just say Welcom Aboard! I try to plan my meals ahead of time. I cook breakfast for the week on Sunday. Quiche or a scramble of some sort becasue I don't have time either. I usually make two meals on that day as well for the week. Or..you can cook on whatever day you have time and freeze the meals in…

Thanks for the info!

Add me...whatever you did to lose those 40 lbs should be a life long change for you. So, I hope you're still eating healthy and exercising to maintain.

Perhaps we read the topic wrong...Is this for people over 50 only? If so us "younger" chickens can make another group. I was just wondering after I read a few post on the thread. Let me know..either way good luck!

64ozs a day is suggested. So, yeah that would make your cup 8ozs.

I concur..I don't think any doctor can tell you what's right for your body. Because what works for one doesn't for another. Start yourself out where you feel comfortable and go from there. Like the previous post(er) said. Go to the doctors if you start having abnormal pains. Good Luck!
