Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Jumping Jacks

Let's see if we can do 300 of them.

You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    i'm up for this too, have been doing squats jacks - or whatever you call them and managed 50 of those yesterday so will give it a good go and do some normals too, hopefully they'll be easier lol

    Thanks for posting! I took you up on your challenge and added the jacks to the end of my 30DS. I was able to do 150 (way more than I thought!), I cooled down and did 75, then another cool down and 75 more. The good news: I burned an extra 100 cals today. Woo-Hoo!

    i just got back from 1 1/2 hrs at he gym, just had lunch, its 2:15 pm im still amped and i still have my workout shoes on so give me about 30min to start.
