Hi there,

I'm not new to fitness but I have been taking a break for a few months and I need to get back in the swing of things. Ive been working out consistently again for the past month and having been seeing much progress. I think my food is the big issue sooooo I've decided to give this site a try and see if I can't be more mindful of the things I'm putting into my body.

I'm also doing a 30 day challenge to kick start my renewed healthy living.

I love cooking, I love sports and I love life. so if you'd like to add me as a friend feel free :)
