Before (March 2011) 188kgs (414 pounds) After (Jan 2012) 98 kgs (216 pounds) I have a HUGE amound of excess skin (around 15kgs doctor says) so i want to get to 85 before i get the surgery so then ill be 70 kgs :)

Im 25 and have lost nearly 200 pounds and I have a serious excess skin problem. My arms my stomach and my legs are big problems!...
