HI!! I TOTALLY NO HOW U FEEL...BUT AFTER A WHILE U SHOULD NOT FEEL SO STARVED. UM STAY AWAY FROM DIET DRINKS SOMETIME THEY MAKE U MORE HUNGRY, DRINK LOTS OF WATER CHEW ON SOME ICE OR EAT SOME VEGGIES. SOMETIMES IM NOT EVEN REALLY HUNGRY I JUST GET BORDED AND NEED TO CHEW LOL

OK TOMORROW 01/18/09 IT WILL MAKE IT 2 WEEKS AGO SINCE I STARTED MY DIET.. MY QUESTION IS IT NORMAL TO ONLY LOOSE 2 POUNDS? IM ALOUD TO HAVE 1,290 CALORIES A DAY AND I EXERCISE AND I HAVEN'T CHEATED AT ALL SO IS THIS NORMAL NOT TO LOOSE BUT ONLY 2 POUNDS?

OK I JUST STARTED TODAY .... I ONLY HAVE 130 POINTS LEFT FOR DINNER. I OVER DID IT AT DEL TACO TODAY BUT THAT WAS BEFORE I HAVE FOUND THIS WEB SIGHT :) LOL. BUT ANYWAYS DOES ANY ONE OUT THERE KNOW WHAT I COULD EAT FOR 130 POINTS AT DINNER TIME ? I PROMISE TO BE GOOD TOMORROW !!
