The chocolate with the peanut butter is wonderful. However, to cut calories and fat I use PB2 . I also use the chocolate Shakeology.

I, too, see so many children who are overweight and/or obese and many times it is not b/c of health problems! Unfortunately, too many parents have forgotten that they are the parents and allow the children to rule the household. The children yell at them and tell them what they will and will not eat and the parents go…

I'm a picky eater so when I saw the topic "Greek Yogurt..." I said no way. Then I decided that I really need to venture out so I tried it. OMG, it is absolutely delicious!!!! Great taste and the chicken is so tender. Thanks so much. It will become a staple in my house. Hope that I don't OD on it! :laugh:

I'm a morning person and I, too, am up at 4:00 to get my workout in before heading off to work. #1, it really helps me start my day feeling great. #2, when I get home I USUALLY find a reason NOT to work out and last, but not least, IT'S NOBODY'S BUSINESS WHAT I DO OR WHEN I DO IT!!!! Soooooooo, the 1st week, weight wise, was a bust. I actually gained 1.5lbs. Ate all that I shouldn't have!!! Ok, no-brainer, next week I have to get it in gear. The good thing is that I got my walking in (8 miles), and most of my push ups. Got to work on my water. Have a great week end!

I've done 2 miles per day on Sat., Mon., and today. Sun. is my rest day. I'm working on those pushups. Getting the water in is the most difficult for me. :( Hope everyone is doing well.

I am so excited about this challenge. 10lbs would be great so I really need the motivation. I'm going to do my walk now, my knees can't handle jogging. :( And I'll get those push ups in. Will the push ups help me to get Michelle Obama arms? lol
