Today was L1D3 and I'm feeling okay.. I must admit that my upper back is killing me! I guess after a couple of days it will ease up. I do two workout sessions per day. 30DS in the morning and in the evening either a 30 min. walk or the Firm Total Body. All in all I'm enjoying it but I'm hearing some scary things about L2!…

I just wanted to say that I am literally mentally drained after reading this thread. :) Bottom line, if someone doesn't really want good advice, already has mind made up that what you say is wrong, guess what...she's going to do what she wants to do anyway!…

Soooooooo, I'm a little behind most of you. I just started today (4/22/13), L1 D1 and I felt good doing it. Hopefully we will all have great results! BTW, are you all taking one day off or working straight through? I think that Sun. will be my rest day.

I drink mine after I workout. It's my breakfast. Everyday I have Chocolate Shakeology with almond milk and PB2. Sometimes I add 1/2 a frozen banana Hmmmmmmmmm good and filling!

I read somewhere on MFP to start off with 3lbs and then to move up to 5lbs. So that's where I'm at, 3 lbs.

Hi everyone, Today was day 1 of level 1. I struggled through but felt really good when it was all done. I was going to take off tomorrow b/c Sunday is usually my rest day but, if possible, I'm going to do the 30 straight. We will ALL have fabulous results in the end! :happy:

Thanks to all of you for responding. It sounds like most of you are using MFP and making sure that there are more calories out than in. It all makes sense and as long as I use portion control and exercise on a regular I should start seeing results. Once again, thanks so much. I'll keep you updated on my progress.

This sounds GREAT!!!! My goal is to lose 50# and 30 by Christmas will be wonderful. I need this motivation. How is this going to work. Do we check in daily/weekly? Let us know and thanks for starting this.
