All other protein shakes I have tried have made me nauseous but not Vi. I drink it with almond milk post-workout for a protein boost. However, it provides no satiety to me and would never recommend it as a meal replacment.

Another vote for Joseph's Pita and Lavash Wraps. They're tasty, low calorie / carb, and high fiber. You can find them at Walmart (check deli service section or bread aisle).

I found that Callanetics Legs (part of the 10 in 10 DVD) really slimmed my legs. I hated that effect because I like my thick thighs, but it's something you may like to try. You should be able to find a free segment on youtube.

I'm with you on the upper body strength. Circuit 3 of Level 1 kills my shoulders. I would advise you to invest in a HRM...I love my Polar F4 (best fitness purchase ever). Per my HRM, I burned 232 calories doing Level 1 earlier this month.

The 3 life requirements (have oat bran everyday, exercise for 30 mins a day, have one protein only day once a week) aren't that bad.

Good Luck! I met my goal weight with no stalls utilizing the principles of the Dukan Diet and exercising 6 days a week. I'm now in Stabilization phase. Love thie diet. I'm currently in the Consolidation phase. I've lost 30 lbs. (with no plateaus) over about 3-4 months. KFC's grilled chicken and Greek yogurt with splenda were lifesavers for me.
