I drink the flavored seltzer waters with a lemon or lime slice, didn't love them at first, so it took some time to get used to them. Its like having a cocktail in the middle of the day!

Honestly, I tried at the house to work out and something always interrupted me. I made it a priority to work out when the kids went to bed, so walk at night, join a gym. I liked the Jillian Michaels 30 minute workouts as well. Good luck!
