  • Day 6 Lvl 1 complete
  • I was just browsing after leaving the gym (just doing C25K on treadmill). Y’all are really inspiring me to go home and blow the dust of my 30DS. Is this the one with 3 levels? I think I made it to level 2 before I injured myself. In Shred’s defense I was also doing the C25k program back then every other day so my calf’s…

  • I stopped for about a month, but I have never finished this program. I refused to start over. So I started back were I left off at the beginning of week 6. I finished W6 D3 last night and I am so proud of myself for completing 22 minutes without stopping. It may not have been a fast pace run, but I finished it.
  • Well, I'm in. I'm doing C25K. My goal is to finish the program this month. So, I'm going to start low and say 35 miles with hopes surpassing that marker.
  • Ok. Im not gonna lie. I've been putting w5d3 off. I really didn't think I could do it. I completed that sucker though. It was hard!!! It feels like it's been almost a week since I ran. After the first half I had to keep telling myself to keep going. I almost stopped a few times, but I never gave myself persmission to. I've…
  • W5D2 was completed. I'm not looking forward to W5D3, although your posts give me hope.
  • Well, I finished W5D1. After almost a week of not running, I thought for sure this run was gonna be hard for me. I even started to sike myself out. It was way better than I expected. The first 2 runs didn't even bother me. When I finished the last one I felt like I could have kept going. It's funny how you can tame your…
  • W4D2. Done. Easier...but still hard nonetheless
  • W4D1 complete. I won't say it was a piece of cake, but I managed to complete it without stopping. The music helped alot

  • Finished Week 3, but it was still pretty hard for me to keep going. I'm proud I completed the runs, but I'm thinking about doing W3D3 over again. The music helped a little, but not much. Need to put a good playlist together.
  • @junodog1 I've been doing the runs without listening to anything so far. I've had to tell myself, "Keep going, it will stop soon." I really need to find some music or something to distract my mind as the runs are only getting longer. Thanks for mentioning that.
  • Just finished W3D2. It was much better. Didn't give myself permission to stop and I didn't. Feeling accomplished!! Looking forward to Friday's run :)
  • Ok finally finished W3D1. It wasn't that bad. I was able to run the first 3 min jog straight through. On the 2nd 3 min jog I kinda siked myself out. I keep stopping. It's funny how I gave myself permission to stop one time and then I couldn't stop giving myself that permission. I have to find some music to distract my…
  • So I began W2D1 yesterday. It was bad. I was glad there were only 6 run intervals. I don't think I could have gone many more. I have found running in the morning is better than running in the nights for me on the weekends. I'll talk myself out of it if I wait to late on the weekends. I just need to get up 30-60 minutes…
  • So i'm trying to begin again. I started the program about 3 weeks ago. I completed week 1, but then never continued as I let life just get right in the way as usual. I talked myself out of it. I'm beginning again today. I hope there is someone else in the group just starting that I can be accountable with. If that's you,…

  • Awesome hun!! Keep Pressing!!
  • I'm in!!
  • The Elliptical, it always brings out the BEAST in me. I just enjoy it more, than the treadmil. I feel like I get more bang for my... well minute. I don't love running, but i enjoy it more outdoors than in. On the treadmil when I get tired I reduce the speed and go into a walk. On The Elliptical I can switch back and forth…
