You don't have to weigh everyday if you don't want to. I see members here put "DNW" - Did Not Weigh on certain days. I like that about this group!! No pressure and lots of support! Just finished day 1 level 2. That was interesting. I could feel myself doing the moves wrong. I felt so awkward. Hopefully tomorrow is better.
