I eat 1200-1400 calories daily. My main focus is on fiber, protein and healthy fats so a typical meal has veggies/fruits, chicken/fish/beans/dairy. Snacks are carrots, nuts, plain Greek yogurt with fresh fruit, grape tomatoes, cut up cucumber. I also drink a ton of water. Chia seeds and almond milk are also two favorites.…
