I already messed up my goals for the day. Had some simple carbs for lunch. Mac & Chz was screaming my name!

My goals for today are: 1. Drink ALL my water 2. Eat NO simple carbs 3. Go for a 30 min walk at the minimum tonight 4. Eat at least 80g of protein Everyone have a GREAT hump day!

Up early this morning with a sick grandbaby. Momma was up all night so it's my shift till work. So my goals for today are: 1. Drink at least my 72 oz water 2. Minimal carbs, I know that will just encourage the heavy eye lids. 3. A nice walk. 4. Enjoy my "date" with other grandson today. We will be playing at the playground…

New to the community and this post. It's just what I need! My goal for today is to get my water and protein in for the day. I've been lagging in both areas and that accounts for the stagnant weight loss, I know.
