I drink about two cups of coffee a day and a can of diet soda without any issues although I still make sure to drink about 64oz of water a day if not more.

I've been losing weight working out 4 days a week two of those days is weights and the other two cardio all my workout sessions are usually 45 mins.

I'm 5'3.5 my goal weight is 125. I've been as low as 110 but didn't like how skinny I looked.
