I'm not ready to have kids yet(still in nursing school) but it is one of the top reasons I am trying to lose weight as well! so when the time comes and I'm ready to start trying, I'll be healthy.

I love my fitbit and find it to be pretty accurate...definitely more accurate than using a smart phone. Most smart phones are huge these days and don't fit in your pocket so its hard..at least with the fitbit you can just wear it on your wrist. I have heard wonderful things about the polar watches, but I have never tried…

My boyfriends mother gave me her old tredmill that looks like it is from 1980, but honestly I got it for free and it does the job just fine!

I don't have venous insufficiency, but I am however a nursing student learning about it currently. Obesity and smoking is a number one cause of venous insufficiency. Also, exercise is a HUGE aid in helping the problem. Even walking 20 minutes a night can be a huge start! Good luck <3
