I do the same not eat what I lost and when you complete your entry for the day it tells you, you wont lose weight because your under your calorie count lol I never thought of changing my ways of eating and I will give that a try. I do log everything and I even learned the weighing of foods and understanding the how much of something is I drink about 2 1/2 liters of water and maybe that is not enough per day. Just frustrating to understand why my body does not loose the weight easier
