Also try eating slow carb foods .... like LENTILS and BEANS in the AM and Lunch. I try and do that and it keeps me fuller longer!

DRINK A LOT OF WATER!! .... If you just ate something and are hungry shortly after, you're probably confusing thirst with hunger. That's worked for me ... I'm 148lbs 5'4'' and I drink about 3 liters of water or more. Try that? Good Luck

We're doing it at work too ... Stated Oct 17th and final weigh in is on Dec. 30th! Its fun and definitely motivates you ... however it can get very very competitive!! Trust me! Our $$ was 100 dollars each, and we weigh in every Friday. We do it % weight to make it fair for the ones that do not have a ton to lose but also…
