Hi, I don't know the answer to your question but this is what I do. I enter my food before I eat it to see what the calories, etc are on MFP. If it is more than I thought, I delete it (red button on end of food listed) and try something else. Just put this in your food diary and see how it works out for MFP guidelines on…

I have health issues that keep me from exercising very much. I do what I can but it isn't much. As long as I follow the MFP guidelines on calories, ect. I still lose weight. Hope you have a quick recovery.

I am pretty much the same way but once I joined this site, I figured out I could have more food for the calories than pre pracked frozen meals so I started cooking again. I cook more than 1 meal portion and then freeze portions for later. It is a lot cheaper and I don't have to cook everyday. Good Luck

I have health issues so there is a limit on what I can do exercise wise. I do what I can but it is so little, I don't log it. I do follow my MFP guidelines on calories, ect. to the tee and I have lost 9 pounds since September 1 so you can still lose weight. I also have thyroid issues so I am very excited to lose anything.…

Actually I am the opposite of you. Before MFP, I was eating out of cans and other prepared meals. Since joining MFP, I actually have started cooking again and actually like it. I do have to freeze a lot of stuff or eat the same thing a couple of days a week but it is still good.

Enter your food before you eat it and save some calorie room for somthing you really like. If you do binge, enter everything you binge on in the food diary to see the damage and how much you will weigh in 5 weeks if you eat like that everyday. I keep reminding myself after taking care of everyone else all the years, I am finally taking care of me. Like the other poster said, MFP friends and stories offer so much in support and inspiration.
