  • I remember this diet from the 1980's. At that time it was called the Heart Association Diet and a doctor is the one that actually gave me this diet to follow! I did it one time and by the third day, I was so hungry I could have eaten saw dust but I did lose the 10 pounds.

  • Shrimp on skewers. If you use wood skewers, soak in water before using. Peel shrimp (I leave a little of the tail on so you can use it to get them off of the skewers.
