My weight loss is also slow. I don't think I am doing any thing wrong. I am older and I have thyroid issues so I am just happy I am loseing at all. I always say why make it harder than it has to be. When you click for the day on your food diary, this site warns you when you eat less than 1200 calories that you are not eating enough. If you click on the Tools tab and calculate your BMR, it gives you a good estimate of how many calories your body needs to breathe, etc…

Ha Ha - Years ago, food was no bad. Before elevators, washing machines, so many vehicles on the road and so the list goes on. We now replace those things with exercise equipment but the concept is the same.
