Like every one else, I don't have the answer. The only thing that saves me when I am on the highway is to keep some good choices of food in my truck. I also keep a few things in my hand bag. Otherwise, I would be pulling in to a fast food place or convenient store and going nuts. Good Luck

Planning ahead and entering my food in the diary before I eat it helps me stay on track, especially if I have a little splurge and need to tweak calories from something else. Good Luck - I love this site!

I feel your pain. I have been on a chocolate binge the last couple of days. So far I have stayed within my guidelines but it sure does cut into the amount of food I can eat. Tomorrow is a new and better day for you.

I have read on other post that some folks here give themselves a cheat day now and again to keep from getting burned out. Just my two cents. I have had much better results with MFP guidelines than doctor guidelines. I set my activity at sendentary and goal to lose 1 pound a week. If you go under Tools and calculate your BMR, it all makes sense then to eat back your exercise calories. The BMR shows a close estimate to how many calories your body burns just to breath, keep your heart beating etc if you did nothing but lay in bed all day.

I don't log it myself but some of the folks on my friends list do. I think if I were you I would log it as light to moderate so you don't over estimate how many calories burned. Just my thoughts.
