  • I am in my third week of keto and my basically I'm sticking to 5% carbs, 25% proteins, and 70% fat. These are the calculations that the keto calculator gave me in the beginning and you adjust the amounts and deficits as you please.   • I will be starting a juice fast on the 15th. I am trying to mentally prepare myself for the first 3 - 5 days. Everyone says it gets really bad, but then you feel great. Do you have any advice for people like me who have never done a juice fast before?
