I am on vacation now. Eating about the same, a little over and have exercised a couple of the days so far. It's all good! I am at the same weight, so will keep doing what I am doing.

On vacation so worked out without the gym. I did over 6 miles of walking and jogging over hills, 100 crunches, 10 push ups and 50 donkey kicks each leg. Normally I am doing kickboxing, zumba and spin, and weight lifting.

5'3", 124 lbs, and I wear a size 4 in pants and a size small and extra small in tops.

Know this, you will only get out if it what you put into it. That has helped me. Think of why you are wanting to lose the weight and keep those thoughts in your mind. Let your progress motivate you. Don't give up. If you gain, it happens, turn it around, just want it bad enough and do what you need to do to get there.

It is hard, friends/family are used to seeing you a certain way. You know what you need to do or where you need to be, just keep at it and hopefully they will embrace the new, healthy you!

I have lost these 112 lbs going from a size 22 to a 4! I now enjoy exercising and living a healthier life! Have met and been so lucky to have the ongoing support of some really great friends on my friends list! :wink:
