Yes, I had lost 108 lbs and had my surgery last April weighing 129 the morning of surgery. At 5'3" my body did not look like 129 lbs though, way too much skin and the boobs were sad. (Also have 2 kids). I had a tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks and a breast reduction and lift. Best thing ever, so happy with the results. I…

You can do this! I was about to turn 41 when I started to lose weight. I got up to 237 lbs, too much on my 5'3" frame. I am now 44 and have lost the 114 lbs I wanted to lose. Don't let anything stop you from reaching your goals. :-)

Hi, you can add me for support, I am going through a divorce and have two girls that same age also. I have lost 114 lbs here on MFP, and am working on losing the last 10 again that I gained since the summer.

I have to keep exercising, that is what ultimately helped me to lose all this weight, moving my body. I may not need to do it as much, but I have kept it up anyways except when on vacations, and even then I try to incorporate something as I can.

I have a little something in common with you, while you hit your goal 3 years ago this month and lost 114 lbs, I have been on mfp for 3 years this month and have also lost 114 lbs. Congrats to you and here's to finding the love of your life on mfp also, you are beautiful!
-
Started at 237 lbs, and now at 123 lbs. 5'3". :-)
-
I am so sorry, I hope reaching out to your mfp family helped just a tiny bit with that pain. I will be thinking of you. Hugs!

Thank you all so much!!! Such nice words!!

Yes, I have done both as far as eating back exercise calories or not. I would say mostly I don't, and when I do, it is just a portion. I am better at eating them back when it is a night that I might eat out. If I get stuck, I change things up, play with the calories a little and that usually helps.

Thanks so much! I have eaten anywhere between 1200-1500 calories, right now at 1450. I have kept my carbs at 40% so a 40/30/30 ratio with carbs, fats, protein. It has worked well for me. :-)
