I was feeling a little discouraged this am. Weight up 1# ( not terrible considering I was camping all weekend and over indulged in a few things) and not losing a lot in the inches area. So I did my 2nd fit test and wow was surprised I am in better shape than when I started! Switch kicks 66 - 73 Power jacks 32 - 45 Power…

Don't forget to take pre/post photos and measurements. I lost one pound, 1/2 inch on all the major parts but 1 1/2 inches on my mommy pouch!!! It's just the motivation I need to keep going.

First week complete! Feeling sooo good! My husband walked in this am and said I looked ready to cry. I wasn't-just the sweat pouring out of every pore in my body...

I started this past Monday and already feel a difference. Pure cardio-wow! And that's a warm-up to month 2??

Hi, I'm Nikki. I live in Orlando and am 36 (37 when I finish) I am 5'4" and am bouncing around 160-163. I would like to get back down 135 ish. I have hypothyroidism so it's a tough battle to lose weight and well, I get lazy without fast results. I'm a RN so following the meal plan doesn't work, but I am eating much…

I use JM's whey protein powder. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk. The vanilla-I add strawberries and bananas, The chocolate-I add bananas and natural peanut butter. I am on Day 4 and have very little soreness. This is the first time trying a recovery shake and it has made a huge difference!!

On Day 3....tough but loving it! Definitely have some protein/whey replacement afterwards. Makes a huge difference in the amount of soreness you will feel!

I have been on Synthroid for 10 years. It is a constant battle with my weight. I have finally come to the conclusion that I HAVE to work out every day and eat better. It's harder to lose the weight and keep it off. But a positive attitude and hard work will pay off!

Did another 2 miles today in 25 minutes. Yah! I was actually pretty tired when I got done. I'm thinking 2 days inbetween runs is good. I am still having trouble with the mental side. Years of not pushing myself and giving up still haunt me. My body does it just fine but my head keeps telling me I can't do it and I fight…

I ran 2 miles!! I ran 2 miles!! That is quite a feat considering I am not a runner. I did it in the 25 minutes which I didn't think I could do. I have been sick with a respiratory virus since Wednesday so wasn't sure how I would do today. I had no mental breakdowns and it just felt awesome! My legs were tired but in a good…

Week 6 Day 1 done. I started out too quick I think-thinking 'it's only 5 min' and had to back it down a little. I usually run/walk 2 miles but did 2.5 miles today and really noticed the difference in my calorie burn. My application does say 25 min for the 3rd segment, so I am going to keep on track with that.

Week 5 Day 3 complete! Wasn't looking forward to doing it and was trying to make excuses-which is why I am where I am. So, I made my son ride his bike with me for company. The first 10 minutes flew by with no issue. Then my head wanted to shut down. I was at the turn around point where I usually stop running and walk…

Week 5 Day 1-check! I feel like I can run more than the segments, but I don't. I probably could up my pace a little but I don't want to get discouraged. I did up the last 5 minutes today. It started sprinkling then turned to full on rain shower. It wasn't bad until the cool down when the wind picked up and was blowing the…

Week 4 Day 1 done! I downloaded new songs and made a new playlist on my phone, so I was pumped up. It actually went by pretty fast and easy. I am in better shape than I thought! I love watching the calories click off as I run-it's a great motivator!

Week 3 day 3 complete and looking forward to week 4. I know my body is capable of doing more than I think, so I like the challenge. The 3rd day is definitely easier than the 1st day of each week!

Just finished Week 3 Day 1. Beautiful weather makes it much easier! The last two runs, my son rode his bike next to me. It made it easier I think, to have someone taking my mind off the time. I actually wanted to run longer or at least add another run onto the end, but am sticking to the plan.

W2D1 completed last night after work. Didn't know if I would have the energy, but ran my subdivision (with lots of hills) and felt really good when I was done. On the days I work, I have to get up at 4:30 to do my 30 DS, get myself and my son ready to be off, work 12 hours, come home and check homework, put everyone to bed…

Just finished week 1 this am. Looking forward to week 2. I'm ready for more but not giving in and staying on track so I don't get discouraged!

I'm in! I downloaded the app yesterday and started it this am. I tried it before and made it to week 4 before stopping related to the summer heat (bad excuse I know). I just enjoy the outdoors more.
