i'm baking a chocolate cake today and using a can of diet pepsi instead of the eggs and oil. it's delish. top it off with light cool whip! i got that recipe from weight watchers a long time ago.

For me right now, it's about diet. I'm an emotional eater and I will run to the worst foods for the smallest reason. So, keeping myself in check is very important. Right now I only do Cardio 3-4 times a week. But my diet must be daily.

i agree with changing things up a bit. you may need to, i guess, shock your body again? there could be a number of factors. i have heard that the last 10 to 15 lbs is the hardest to shed. don't give up, just try new things. and take a look at your calories... i'm thinking taking in a few more healthy calories will do the…

also ask that they not prepare your meat and veggies in butter! those are hidden calories... just put some salsa on top. and if you like the relish (carrots, onions, and peppers) dump that on top. spicy foods are said to help speed your metabolism! enjoy now i'm hungry! :)
