For about a week now, I haven't had much of an appetite. I'm struggling to get my cals and can't even think about snacking. Any ideas?

Banking Calories
Let's just say one day I want to go over. So either the day before or after I stay under. I ask this because I know a friend that taught weight watchers and they allowed banking points. Discouraged...
So I've been really proud of myself for sticking to this low calorie and eating plan. I am allowed to have 1400 calories at this point when I don't exercise. I do my best on most days to get all my calories in, but I do struggle to eat more when I exercise. I try to eat at least eat half of those calories. My last weigh in…

Protein
I can't seem to stay under my protein goal. I am under on my cals, carbs, and fat. Is this something that is terrible or should I just stick to what I'm doing?

Fasting
Is fasting a good idea? I'm talking about for weightloss purposes, not religious. Are there any benefits by doing a day fast? I can remember when I was young my mom would do them occasionally and drink nothing but water for a whole day. Any thoughts, or ideas about this?
