Normally I work out in the mornings. I know from the beginning of the day how many calories I need to take in. ( Like how I said that in a positive way? ha!) Today has been hectic and I'm just now getting to my workout. I still have 225 calories and after my workout I will have nearly 600 calories to eat. But, it's so close to my bedtime and I don't want to eat right before I go to bed. Is one day going to put my body in starvation mode? I'm so full from dinner I can't even think about eating something else.

It takes your body a little while to respond, you are fine if it happens for one day
.. just don't do it everyday that's when you get yourself in trouble. Have a great day!

I would like to know this myself.
I already have a problem eating all my calories ( 1200) , then I exercise and ADD even more.
I am stuffed and still have 383 cals at 8:37pm I even ate a lite dessert after dinner
I hope you get some replies from people who know more about this than I do.
Good Luck to you0
