  • They are very satisfying. I really like them hard boiled but I don't really eat them as much as I probably should. I get a lot of protein without eating them, but I don't worry about my protein levels too much.
  • Thanks for the replies guys :) I agree with you LilMissFoodie. If people feel like they are being deprived too much they can have mental and emotional problems. I have always grown up around comfort food, and where I come from, that's what you eat every day. Biscuits and gravy, cheeseburgers, mashed potatoes... that's just…
  • That's really hard! But I've personally learned to never buy to grow in to when you're losing weight. For me, it ends up at thrift store because I never lose enough to get into those clothes, it's kind of weird. It seems like I can buy a pair of shorts that will fit in 'another ten pounds' and twenty pounds later they…
  • It's okay to go over occasionally. And sometimes it's impossible to say no, especially if it's a rare treat. What I do in cases like that is say you eat 3000 calories at the potluck, then for the next week or so eat about 200-300 calories under your goal. It will kind of even out. And exercise never hurts either. But…
  • I'd say so. Sometimes I only eat like 500 calories a day because I'm not hungry or whatever, and other days I will go over my calorie limit. I think as long as the calories average out to around 1200 for the week, you should be good.
  • Can you tell my body that? It seems to have it's own formula for burning calories :P
  • From a 'nerdy' standpoint, the android/droid is a much better device, with better technology and all. But I love my iPhone, I'm devoted to Apple =]
  • 1. Not drinking my calories. Before, I wouldn't be surprised if I drank 500 calories or more a day. Cutting out milk and juice helped even though they were healthy. 2. Got a job and became much more active 3. Eating less, or at least healthier, fast food
  • I work with horses, mostly mucking 8 paddocks and pushing heavy wheelbarrows in sand. Grooming horses, lifting saddles, raking, lifting hay, riding, etc, etc. I put my activity level at active but I don't pay much attention to it since I would still be eating 1200 calories if I was sedentary. Plus, I dance (a little) ride…
  • We're pretty close!
  • Cool! I want to find a twin or two :) SW: 175 CW: 133 GW: 110 Height: 5'4" Age: 18 :D
  • 100 calorie packs? I love rice cakes and peanut butter, but you have to be careful off all the calories in PB. I also budget about 300 calories for some ice cream a couple times a week. :D
  • They actually curb my appetite and I find myself reaching for them more often than I should. But they do make me extremely bloated. I know a lot of people who have lost weight drinking them. Even though they don't make most people gain weight, they are very unhealthy for your health in general.
