I think a big reason for me other than health is my children. I see my middle daughter making really unhealthy food choices and begining to be overweight. I am not a big breakfast eater either but I know that is a very important meal. I do the 100 calorie begal thins and hormel precooked bacon sometimes. only 170 calories and pretty filling! Also I do fiber one 90 calorie brownies, they have lots of fiber and taste really good for only 90 calories. Sometimes ill do yogurt…

Thanks everyone!! I can see how setting a goal this high can be hard to maintain and frustrating if i dont make it, so maybe it would be wise for me to lower it a bit!

This is funny because just yesterday I had to make a run to wal-mart for just this lol 100 calorie begals rice cakes yogurt minurature 3 musketeers for when i have a really bad chocolate craving Thats pretty much my must haves in my house as far as snacks go
